I loved the pools. They were super clean and inviting. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it had lots of different options. the staff was really friendly and always ready to help. the beach was easy to get to, and it was nice to have local restaurants and hoi an town nearby.

the minibar prices were a bit high, especially compared to local options in hoi an.

this hotel was new. i booked a Two-Bedroom Executive King Suite Ocean View. everything was clean. the breakfast had MANY choices. there were vietnamese coffee options. the pools looked nice. the beach felt big and it was clean.

the service was slow at check in. staff SEEMED disorganized. getting drinks took time. sometimes i needed to ask repeatedly. sometimes, staff said the bar was closing early. i think they couldn't be bothered.

The staff at reception seemed disengaged. They rarely acknowledged guests and were constantly focused on their computers. my room wasn't cleaned for two days, which i found quite surprising. also, the prices for food and drinks felt excessively high.
